Using Sillage
Sillage is provided as-is, for personal use. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't attempt to scrape or abuse our services.
Pricing
Sillage is offered on a monthly subscription at SAR 29 per month (Saudi Riyals, VAT inclusive). Founding members (first 50 subscribers) enjoy a locked rate of SAR 14 per month forever. An annual plan is available at SAR 290 per year (2 months free). Prices are displayed in SAR on checkout. We may update pricing with reasonable advance notice; any change takes effect at your next renewal, never mid-cycle.
Billing
Payments are processed through a licensed Saudi payment gateway. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your first successful payment until you cancel. We do not store raw card details; only a tokenised reference is kept by the gateway on our behalf.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain full access until that date. No cancellation fee applies.
Content
You retain ownership of your collection and ratings. By using Sillage, you grant us permission to use that data to operate and improve the product.
AI outputs
Taste analyses, match scores, and recommendation blurbs are produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Treat them as a starting point, not a verdict.
Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts for abusive or unlawful activity. Where a suspension is caused by our fault, a pro-rated refund is issued per the Refund Policy.
